Because our services are custom and labor-based, we do not offer refunds for completed work. If you are not satisfied, we encourage you to reach out within 7 days, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Some larger jobs may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless the job is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances.
Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. Failure to cancel within this window may result in a service charge.
We are happy to reschedule appointments if notified in advance.
